He is a passionate and persistent IT expert who believes in taking up the technological challenges, converting them into great opportunities for the enterprises and impart clients with a competitive edge. He possesses vast experience in IT consulting, project management, strategic planning, business development, corporate leadership, collaborative growth, and mentoring teams. Anandvel is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and he holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Sakthivel Kanagavel

Chief Operating Officer

Sakthivel, is the smart & silent Partner of PG Analytics and he has 15 years of progressive experience in to Workday and SAP space with 4 Global Workday HCM, 1 Workday Financials and 7 SAP HCM Implementations holding different hats like Test Manager, Project Manager, Data Lead, Transformation Lead, HRIM, Functional Lead across the projects both regionally and locally

Donnis, brings a broad spectrum of business expertise and specialized knowledge to PG Analytics. He is responsible for the pursuit and closure of strategic deals which will contribute directly and significantly to the success of PG Analytics. Prior to joining PG Analytics he held numerous positions in sales and business development.

Project Manager

Sarvanan, brings in several years of superlative experience in providing IT consultancy, leading distributed teams, mentoring and training team members to help deliver the best performance. He started his Careers as a Software developer and worked in multiple technologies. He is keen to manage projects and always come with innovative ideas. He is a true genius in taking the technological challenges head-on and keeping himself poised even in the difficult phases of the project. He has a strong acumen in interacting with the clients to gather the requirements, understand the priorities, and lead the entire development cycle. He holds an MCA degree from Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute.
